All of the above. Our group has stayed here many times and we always leave with many more treasured memories of time spent with family and life long friends. The host went above and beyond to be sure we had everything we could possibly need. She even had a fresh baked cake waiting on us. We will continue to come back to Fredericksburg and this will always be our choice for lodging.

Lovely stay!

We were immensely fortunate to book the Legacy Inn & Loft during a downpour 4th of July. While the rain dulled our sparkle, we still had a blast playing games, watching movies and hanging out with grandparents on the big living room couches. Everyone started and ended their day peacefully in their own rooms (and bathrooms!). It was a great stay.

Love this Place!

This historic house is simply ideal! Comfy large beds, bathrooms and kitchen equipped with everything you could possible need. There is a large dining table to gather everyone together plus an additional table for puzzles/games. Love the location just a couple of blocks away from all the amazing shopping/dining options, and there's a yummy coffee shop/bakery just around the corner! This was our second stay and we will definitely be back!

Perfect home for an extended family vacation/long weekend

Had a wonderful stay with my extended family in this lovely home. The 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms were perfect, as was the extremely well-equipped kitchen, kitchen table, and den. We greatly enjoyed this as our home base for a family weekend wedding celebration and will definitely use the home again in the future.

Mother Daughter Weekend Getaway

We had a wonderful weekend staying at Linda's home. It was perfect for our group of five moms and five daughters. We all had our own bedroom with comfortable beds and nice linens. Linda has thought of everything from coffee pods to granola bars for snacks. We also appreciated the homemade cake upon arrival. Loved that we could walk to Main street for shopping, lunch and the piano bar Saturday evening. Coffee on the porch and patio were a highlight too. We highly recommend this house for larger groups who want separate bedroom arrangements.

Great place to stay for a couples trip

We had five couples doing a weekend in Fredericksburg and could not have found a better property to stay in. Linda was extremely communicative and the accommodations were above and beyond. We are bookmarking this trip for future stays.

Amazing Stay

Linda was absolutely amazing from the begging to the end. Check in was amazing. She was super responsive and available. The house was beautiful so clean and had everything you need and more!!!! The location is the best you can walk everywhere. You must book this house! It’s an absolute gem!

Excellent Location - Fredericksburg Main Street

Our 4th stay at this property during Xmas holidays. Two blocks from Fredericksburg city square. Easy walking to shops and restaurants along Main Street. Lots of bedrooms to spread out, and upstairs room for grandkids to play. Nice patio in backyard with lots of chairs and fire pit. Lots of Xmas decorations throughout house.

The Best Place in Fredericksburg

This beautiful home has everything you could possibly need. We had 7 adults and 2 kids and this house is easily spacious enough for many more. 4 bathrooms! The upstairs was perfect for the family of 4 with 2 kids with a mini kitchen and separate seating area, twin beds for the kids and a separate king bedroom. Lots of seating. Separate areas for people to gather and what we were especially looking for—one large communal kitchen and living area for Thanksgiving. We were greeted by beautiful seasonal decorations and a lovely coffee cake and snacks. Easy walk to town. Grocery store less than a mile. Nice backyard area where we roasted marshmallows. Very quiet neighborhood. We couldn’t have asked for anything more! Many thanks to our host for everything.

Ladies' Weekend

We had a great time at this house! There was 11 of us 55ish women and everyone enjoyed their stay. We loved that there was a big living area with comfortable couches for all of us to gather. The beds were huge and comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed for the weekend. We spent one night circled around the fire pit, drinking wine and enjoying the outdoor space. Highly recommend!

Perfect location for a group visit

Property was very conveniently located to Main St. shops & restaurants. The home was very accommodating for our group of 10 to spread out. Patio and fire pit made for an entertaining night. Linda was available and very helpful prior to and throughout our stay. Would easily choose to return for another stay.

50 anniversary celebration weekend

We had a wonderful, celebratory stay with our extended family. The accommodations were just as described. There was plenty of room to spread out in smaller groups for visiting, or just catch a few z’s. It was so close to Main St., making it easy to stroll downtown for shopping or to get a bite. Linda, our hostess, also left a delicious coffee cake for us that everyone enjoyed. 👍
