The check in/out instructions for the unit from AI were different than what the owner required - very confusing.No screen on sliding door to balcony so we couldn’t allow fresh air into the unit without the risk of bees coming in.Squeeky and annoying ceiling fan in front room.Photo of the living area is not an accurate representation of the roomThe bathroom sink in the middle hall bathroom as well as the kitchen sink were both slow emptying.One positive - location of the unit.
