Elevated Properties was very very responsive. The place was warm and welcoming. The master bedroom and bathroom were enormous. We had plenty of space for 10 adults. Great location too!!

We had a great family weekend in Steamboat. This property was very comfortable, clean and had a well stocked kitchen. The hot tub was also a great addition. We will definitely remember this rental for future trips!

The home was beautiful, beautifully decorated, with all the amenities needed. Conveniently located that any location in you want to visit in Steamboat is nearby. Definitely adding this location as a favorite whether Green Season or Ski season.

Beautiful townhouse in fantastic location!

We loved the Cimarron Community and would absolutely stay there again. The condo was great and loved the private hot tub. Getting to the mountain on the shuttle was easy and the shuttle driver was super nice.

Family weekend

The property was gorgeous, and fit all 9 of us easily. Great shuttle service to the base area. They were even nice enough to give us a late check out after we had a flight delay due to weather.

Annual Guy's Ski Trip

Absolutely fabulous place. Beautifully decorated, great layout. Easy walk to & from Gondola Square. Hot tub is perfectly placed with a great sky view of the sunsets. Highly recommend this for families or a group of friends.

Great family vacation

The pictures and description were spot on. Not only was the unit clean and well appointed, the location in proximity to downtown Steamboat was perfect. The pool area was great for relaxing after a long day, and the lack of traffic made the area a great place to play foe the kids.
