La Casa 04 is a luxurious, multi-level condo offering over 2,400 square feet of ample space for the whole family or travel group to enjoy. This unit recently went through an extensive renovation and is beautifully appointed. The entry level consists of a full kitchen, complete with all the creature comforts of home, and a breakfast bar. The dining room includes a table for eight (with the extensions), as well as a wet bar for entertaining. And the adjacent living area is comfortably furnished and includes a gas fireplace as well as access out to a private balcony and a queen sleeper for additional sleeping. For those traveling with little ones, a highchair and Pack 'n Play are available upon request. Also for your enjoyment, there are two common area hot tubs.

La Casa is conveniently located just a 150 yard walk to the slopes and just a short walk from all the many restaurants and shops in the base area. We also provide a winter shuttle that loops to the ski area and is on call to anywhere within the city limits of Steamboat Springs. Experience the relaxing and therapeutic qualities of some of the area's natural hot springs like those at Old Town Hot Springs, or take a trip back in time at the fun and fascinating Tread of Pioneers Museum, both less than four miles from this property. And for all-ages, summertime fun, visit Amaze'n Steamboat Family Fun Park, just a little over two miles west.

Nice place, good location

We stayed for a week in late July and enjoyed everything. The place has everything you want or need for a week-long visit, and stayed cool enough throughout the day that we didn't need AC or fans. It's a short walk to the base area for food and activities, which was great. We'd definitely stay there again.

That property and super location.

Lots of rooms and bathrooms for large group. Kitchen was nicely stocked. Views beautiful, walk to skiing.

Perfect Fall break!

This unit was the perfect location for our fall getaway! We had 2 families (8 ppl total) and the space was generous and had everything we needed to relax and enjoy meals. We even walked down to the restaurants just down the hill and then a 8 minute drive into town for shopping and more! Beds are super comfortable and we loved having ample bathrooms. The views are also amazing from all balconies. Highly recommend and we would book again.

Great place, but not fully air-conditioned

This was a great place with plenty of room and super clean. Well stocked kitchen and lots of towels. But, be aware that it is NOT air-conditioned! Only A/C units are in the master bedrooms (there are 2). VRBO lists it as air-conditioned and Vacasa lists it as PARTIAL A/C. In no way would I say it's even partial. So, if you stay in the warmer months, just know that it gets very warm. There are lots of fans, but even that didn't quite get it for us. Overall though, it was a good choice in a good location.

Wonderful stay… !!! Plenty of room and bathrooms. Location to the hot tub was perfect. Walking distance to slopes. The unit could use a better quality coffee pot.

Awesome condo

We had a great weekend in Steamboat. Property was perfect for our group. Easy to walk everywhere around the Mountain Village. Would definitely stay here again.

Great layout

Location was great, the condo layout was amazing for a big family with many children. However the carpet was absolutely filthy! Not sure if I’ve seen a college house as bad as the carpet in that place.

Perfect location

So happy we chose this rental. Walk to lift was easy and there was plenty of space inside for the kiddos to roam around. Loved the fact that there was convenient, covered parking. Will definitely book here again.

Great Place

Spacious, cozy, and great location for walking to slopes; check-in with Vacasa wasn't great. Called at 9 AM and arrived at noon; waited until 4 Pm to check-in without being told it would be a 4 hour wait. Went to the unit and saw our unit wasn't being cleaned while others were (and nobody checked into those units until later that night).

Great communication

We actually ended up staying in a different condo as the one we booked through VRBO had to have renovations that conflicted with our stay. But I can't say enough good things about the management company. Dave reached out immediately when the renovations got scheduled and went above and beyond to find a nearby place that would work for our group. Our whole stay was fantastic.
