Amanda Dunes is a comfortable three-bedroom beach house located in the first estate of Venus Bay, only a short walk from the beautiful sands of Beach No. 3. Accommodating up to six guests, it’s an ideal option for families or small groups looking for a relaxed coastal escape.

The home features a bright, open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area, accessible via stairs from the front deck. The kitchen comes fully equipped with a full-sized fridge, oven and electric cooktop, microwave, and the added bonus of an air fryer, perfect for preparing family meals. Step out onto the wrap-around deck with BBQ facilities and take in the tranquil inlet views, an ideal spot for your morning coffee or outdoor dining.

Inside, there are three spacious bedrooms, offering two queen beds and one bunk bed, along with a bathroom featuring a shower and a small bathtub. Reverse-cycle heating and cooling is guaranteed to keep the home comfortable all year-round. Guests can also enjoy a DVD player and movie selection for quiet nights in.
