Serenity by the Sea Inverloch

The spacious living and dining area are the perfect place to relax and enjoy a long day after the beach and includes reverse cycle air conditioning for your comfort. The living area opens out onto a courtyard garden with Bbq and an outdoor dining area perfect for outdoor meals.

The large kitchen has all the modern amenities including dishwasher, microwave and a large kitchen bench perfect for gathering around and chatting about your day at the beach. A downstairs Laundry area also includes a toilet for your convenience.

Upstairs comprises of 2 spacious bedrooms with queen size beds, the master has its own ensuite and reverse cycle air conditioning. The main bathroom services the 2nd bedroom and the bunk area.

A roof top deck is a great place for entertaining, taking in the sea views and the beautiful night sky. Situated within close walking distance to the beach, foreshore reserves, and town centre, this property also includes a double lock up garage.

Host Terms and Conditions will be sent 14 days prior to your arrival as a pre online guest check in which must be completed prior to your booking.

Key Collection is between 2pm - 5pm weekdays, 2pm - 4pm weekends, arrival out of these hours needs to be pre-arranged.

Fab location near the beach

Lovely spacious apartment… but courtyard was unkempt and unswept… so we had to sweep up all the leaves before we felt like sitting out there. Also, previous occupants had emptied 2 bottles of olive oil and left them in the cupboard.

Fabulous holiday spot

Spacious, well -appointed, clean and modern townhouse in a fantastic location. Easy walk to beach. And pet friendly was a great bonus.

Great place to stay

We loved being so close to the beach! The townhouse is well laid out, big bedrooms & bathrooms along with all linen supplied. We enjoyed breakfast on the rooftop balcony with the views of the ocean, so peaceful & beautiful. We will be back again :)

Inverloch getaway

the property was well located and met our needs - very comfortable bedrooms, top deck with views to ocean and trees. the back patio was quite neglected and not very inviting and small things like coffee/tea, soap in pumps etc were not attended to. overall we enjoyed our stay.

Great townhouse, great location

We really enjoyed staying in this well-designed and well-appointed townhouse. Great location near the inlet beach. Lovely leafy outlook from the master bedroom compensates for slightly dark downstairs. We're grateful our dog was allowed to join us.

Great getaway spot

This property is in a great location, close very close to the beach, close to a little cafe and a brewery. We absolutely loved the small rooftop, it was great to sit on and you could get a view of the water. It’s has two bathrooms but also a laundry, which was great for our dog to sleep in. We really enjoyed staying in this townhouse, will definitely stay again.

Everything and more you could ever need!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is equipped with everything you could possibly need. The kitchen was amazing! It is very conveniently located within walking distance to everywhere. We will be back!

Lovely property with all one needs to kick back and relax. Very modern with big rooms and convenient to beaches and town. Highly recommended.

Comfortable , clean & great location

We stayed for a quick get away and really enjoyed very much the property. The fact that was pet friendly made the difference to stay. The rules were also clear and is very good condition. It had everything we needed! Even shipping bags! Lovely furniture and great appliances! I liked they were not the typical cheap ones, and good quality.

Serenity is a touch of luxury

It’s even better then it’s photos, it has real genuine soul, quality appliance, and a lovely luxurious feel. With such a great location, I was sad to leave.

Clean townhouse, very suitable for a holiday

A very clean and well presented property, good location with quick access to beach. Dogs allowed is also essential and appealing. I found the fragrance of the cleaning product used in downstairs of property quite overwhelming, airing the property solved the problem after 24 hours.
