About this property
Sunny North End Waihi Beach Escape – Just 240m to the Surf Club!
Enjoy the ultimate beach getaway in this sun-soaked North End home, just 240 metres from the Surf Club and with sea views from the front of the house.
Inside, you’ll find two comfortable bedrooms: a main with a queen bed, and a second with a queen plus single bed. The bathroom has a shower and toilet, with a second toilet conveniently located in the separate laundry, which also houses a full fridge/freezer to supplement the kitchen’s smaller fridge. The wrap-around kitchen is fully equipped with all utensils and cooking essentials, stone bench tops, and a butler’s sink. Serve meals easily through the window or step out on to the oversized north-facing deck, complete with BBQ, table and chairs under cover, plus plenty of sunny space and a green area to relax.
A separate sleepout features two sets of single bunks, comfortably sleeping an additional four guests. Stay cosy with a heat pump and woodburner, and enjoy entertainment with plenty of DVDs and Wi-Fi.
For the active and social, the Trig Walk is at the top of the road, and Beach Rd Deli, Dairy, Pilates, and the Surf Club are all just steps away. Perfect for families looking for sun, surf, and relaxation!
NOTE: Under Kiwi Bach tradition you are expected to bring your own linen (sheets, pillow cases, towels, tea towels).

Frequently asked questions
About the host
Your host
We have holidayed in Waihi Beach for many years having had a permanent caravan in the Tasman Holiday Park when our children were young. Now in their teenage years we are still enjoying holidays and welcome you to enjoy our piece of paradise.
Why they chose this property
The home is a lovely cottage built in the 1920's literally minutes walk to the Waihi Beach Surf Club at the bottom of the road. A great beach for families and swimming, surfing and beach walks. The Trig walk is at the top of our road and its approx 25 mins to meander to the Wilson Road shops (or a short drive). There are tennis courts on the next road over that you can hire casually and lots of walks in the Karangahake Gorge.
What makes this property unique
The location is a stand out of our property, plus the ability to sleep up to 9 if you want to come with two families or grandparents. We have a beautiful large sunny north facing deck.
