This well appointed 2 Bedroom unit in Hibiscus is complete with everything you will need. It's a dedicated space -- you'll have it all to yourself, and the place has sky lounge, restaurant, mini grocery, cafe, billiards, BDO ATM machine and many other great amenities. Our place is 5 minutes to Makati, Rockwell.

You will have a whole private home to yourself.

The host communication was fast & easy, but the unit needs some TLC as the furniture & cabinets were old & worn-out, the washroom was clean but also needs improvement as the toilet seat was hanging by a thread & the amenities were very scant - there s/b an extra roll of toilet paper on hand if you have more than one guest staying for more than one day-but host responded quickly when asked for one. There was no hair dryer. The fridge needs to be plugged in, cleaned/deodorized prior to guest check-in as there was an awful smell when you open it - we didn’t use it nor the kitchen stuff. There were tiny cockroaches in the living area/kitchen. The 2 bath towels & bed linens were fine but extra linens would have been appreciated, too. The main bedroom light switch needs to be fixed. The unit is fine if you are looking for a place to sleep only as the airconditioning was great & the beds were comfy enough. The community was safe & family friendly & near the shopping malls.

We're glad the beds and air conditioning worked well for you, and we really appreciate you flagging the toilet paper right away during your stay — happy we could sort that out quickly for you. That said, we're sorry the unit didn't fully meet your expectations, and we've taken your comments seriously: We've arranged for a full inspection and repair of the toilet seat and the main bedroom light switch. The fridge has been checked, plugged in, cleaned, and deodorized ahead of the next check-in. We've booked pest control to address the issue you noticed in the living area/kitchen — thank you for letting us know. The hairdryer was inside. It was just in the cabinet, and perhaps simply missed. Our cleaning and furniture maintenance checklist has been updated so wear-and-tear items like cabinets and furniture get flagged and refreshed sooner. We wish you'd felt comfortable messaging us about these during your stay — we respond quickly (as you experienced with the toilet paper) and would have gladly fixed or replaced anything needed on the spot. We're using your review to make sure future guests don't run into the same issues. Thanks again for staying with us, and we hope you'll consider giving us another chance in the future.
