Vacation or Staycation at this peaceful, modern and centrally-located place in Makati.
Our beautiful and modern 63 square meter 2 bedroom unit has a semi-office area good for 2-4 persons. The unit is perfect for groups who work from home. It has a full kitchen, living and dining room spaces.
The living room sofa is convertible to a double bed. Fast Wi-Fi and Netflix and other apps are available.
A buzzing restaurant district, lots of authentic Japanese restaurants nearby, walking distance to Little Tokyo, convenience stores and spas within the area, a nice coffee shop at the ground floor, a quaint mall right beside the building, and it's a 13 minute walk to Greenbelt!

This neighborhood is right smack in the center of the Makati Business District and is walking distance to almost everything that you need to get and want to see. Convenience stores, malls, hardware, pharmacy, quaint authentic restaurants, Greenbelt 13 minute walk, Makati Medical Center about 5 minutes by car. Everything is just so easy!
