The door code didn’t work. It took me about an hour to get into the room. The location wasn’t idea, you can hear the neighbors talking through the walks, music blasting, the smell of weed was extremely strong. The aesthetic walking to the apartment felt light the projects dull gray appearance. I felt unsafe there.

Regarding check-in, the smart lock does not require the fob to be scanned on the door. Once we received the notification from the lock, we immediately identified the issue and guided you right away, allowing you to enter without further delay. We have since clarified the instructions to ensure this is clearer for future guests.
As for noise or odors outside the unit, these are unfortunately beyond our direct control, as they originate from common or exterior areas of the building. That said, guest comfort and safety are very important to us, and we take all concerns seriously.
