Well located and maintained apartment. However, one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a host. I had the misfortune of losing my purse in a taxi and couldn’t get it until 48 hours later after involving the police. It contained personal items and also the keys to the apartment. It was almost impossible to reach the host. When I eventually did, asking for a spare key so I could get in the apartment whilst I tried to get my purse and my keys, she informed she was on holiday and that the property manager wasn’t around either.No one plans to lose their purse, it is a very painful but human experience. However all I got was blame and telling me I would have to get a locksmith and pay for it. I spent 228 getting an emergency locksmith and new keys when all that was needed was spare keys and to await the keys from the taxi or just make spare keys in the future if required. There was no communication to see if I’d recovered the keys or my bag. Just a very unhelpful message blaming me for losing 3 keys to the apartment. Ultimately if you want a well kept , modern apartment with a host lacking human sympathy and no out of hours or emergency help( which needs to be available in an apartment like this) then feel free to book this let.I should also mention there is a camera in the apartment. Although presumably facing just the entrance, it is inside and not mentioned in the listing and one cannot tell if it records sounds, which will still be a violation of privacy.

Hi Lois- this review is very uncalled for, you were reaching out on whatsapp phone call which is not common, I did answer and explained three keys were left for you and the realtor office next door who has the spare copy was closed. It is also stated in the guide that missing or lost keys are the responsibility of the guest. It was not my fault your purse went missing and the quickest way for you to gain entry was to have a locksmith rekey the door. We have no affiliation to the cab company who did not return your items in a timely fashion. Yes the camera is listed and it is only facing the main entrance it is not recording guests in the condo. You were very out of line and we would not welcome you again.
