About this property

Private, Peaceful Country Escape with pond, firepit, BBQ and outdoor space

This unique and private country apartment was created to offer our guests a place to recharge and relax in a small farm setting. Settle in and relax indoors with modern and new amenities, or step out onto your very own covered outdoor area designed to offer a comfortable space to relax and sit surrounded by nature. If outdoor cooking is something you enjoy, you have your own BBQ and backyard firepit/grill area.

There are two bedrooms and you will also find a roll out cot for one additional single bed to be set up either in the Loft room or in the living area.

At 33 Windham we have a pond with a nice trail around it. Feel free to enjoy this area at your leisure. There are chickens and Turkeys which at times are free to roam. Fresh eggs are available if you are interested, just ask.

Dogs should be house trained and crated if left alone inside.

This is an excellent place to stay. The place is quiet, clean, and comfortable. The owner lives onsite and is a pleasure to chat with. He is quick to respond to any questions and is available if you need anything. I'd definitely stay there again.

The property was extremely impressive everything was in new condition. All utensils were readily available and in new condition. The area was pleasant and quiet, pond was a nice added feature. Easy access to closest town as well as other important destinations. Highly recommend this rental location and will definitely make this rental our rental of choice next time we are planning a trip to the area. Thanks

Wonderfully cosy place with a homey feel and the private back patio was a special treat to enjoy morning coffee's on. The kitchen was well equipped and spacious. Parking was perfect as we had 4 vehicles to accommodate. The upper bunk bed was a bit of a challenge, but I suspect any little ones would love the chance to sleep up there. Although the height was intimidating, it was well constructed with many barriers to avoid mishaps. As an elderly person sharing the room with a good friend, I was very thankful for the roll away bed also offered. Would definitely stay there again if the need arose.
