The Space:

Experience serene coastal living in this single-level home where modern coastal design meets an easy, relaxed rhythm of living. Inside, the living area offers a peaceful retreat with soft seating, a large-screen TV, and a curated selection of books—perfect for unwinding after a day by the beach.



Centred around a generous kitchen island and fitted with sleek modern appliances, the well-appointed kitchen is crafted for easy cooking and connection. Settle into the nearby lounge chairs to chat with the cook as meals come together, then come together around the eight-seater dining table to share them.



Step outside to the covered patio, an alfresco haven designed for leisurely days. Enjoy leisurely meals at the timber table, or sink into the shaded lounge with a glass of local wine while the BBQ sizzles nearby. The spacious, secure backyard invites both relaxation and play, with a fire pit circle and sun loungers beneath whispering peppermint trees. An outdoor shower is ideal for washing off after the beach, while the covered ping pong area offers easy entertainment for all ages.



Each of the four bedrooms has been styled for rest. The primary features a king bed and an ensuite with a walk-in rain shower. Two queen bedrooms offer serene comfort with crisp textures and natural light, while the bunk room provides a playful nook for younger guests. These rooms share a family bathroom featuring a spacious walk-in shower and contemporary finishes.



With central air conditioning, private laundry with a washer and dryer, and on-site parking for four vehicles in the carport and driveway, this is your perfect escape in Dunsborough.



A starter pack of wood is provided during the winter months only (June – August). This includes kindling, firelighters, matches, and wood. Axes are not supplied due to safety reasons. Additional wood may be purchased from a nearby fuel station or hardware store.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you and your group will have the entire house to yourselves. Please make yourselves at home!

Perfectly positioned for both calm and connection, the home sits just a five-minute stroll from the golden sands of Dunsborough Beach and around eight minutes from the town’s lively dining scene. Enjoy modern brunches at La Lah or freshly brewed coffee at Merchant & Maker, then savour hearty dishes at The Pour House or Mexican favourites at Pedro’s. For everyday essentials, the Dunsborough shopping centre is an easy 11-minute walk. Tee off at Dunsborough Lakes Golf Club or visit Country Life Farm, just a five-minute drive away, for a relaxed family outing. Within ten minutes, discover acclaimed wineries including Wise Wine, Palmer Wines, Happs Wines & Commonage Pottery, and Lentedal—each offering a taste of the region’s signature Margaret River charm.



Getting Around:

Parking: You’ll have four free parking spaces available in the carport and driveway.



Airport: 30 minutes by car from Busselton Margaret River Airport.



Public transport: 10-minute walk to the nearest bus stop.
