The property features six elegantly appointed bedrooms and a separate studio (available for 14+ guests), all with premium linens, air conditioning, and beautiful lake views. Four and a half modern bathrooms, including multiple ensuites, ensure privacy and comfort for all guests.

Additional guests are not permitted without prior approval, and any unapproved guests may result in extra fees or eviction. Visitors may be allowed for short periods only with written consent. Swimming Pool: Open from the NSW September school holidays to the Easter school break, maintained per seasonal and safety standards.
Security & Noise Monitoring: Two external cameras monitor driveway and front entrance; a noise monitoring device is installed. Tampering may result in penalties.
