The spectacular split-level living area is a true centrepiece, where whitewashed cathedral ceilings, exposed stone walls, and industrial steel beams meet plush leather seating. A gas fireplace and flat-screen TV offer a cosy gathering spot, while a tucked-away desk nook beneath the stairs provides a peaceful place to catch up on work. Bathed in natural light, a beautiful sunroom with wraparound windows offers uninterrupted views of the olive groves, native gardens, and gently rolling paddocks – the perfect spot for morning coffee or an afternoon read.
Each bedroom has its own thoughtful touches and warm textures. On the ground floor, one king room includes ramp access to the exterior for ease and accessibility, while the charming second bedroom features three single beds ideal for younger guests. The upstairs loft is a peaceful, more private retreat with a king bed, walk-in robe, and an ensuite framed by timber ceilings and a feature stone wall.
Step outside to a large stone deck where long lunches stretch into sunset dinners under the fairy lights. There’s more outdoor seating under the trees, a shaded patio for coffee or wine, and a swing hanging gently from an old gum tree. Kids can run wild on the lawns, chip a few golf balls on the tee, or venture to the separate barn-style rumpus room – a haven with a billiards table, comfy lounges, sunbeds, and a telescope for stargazing.
The main bathroom on the lower level includes a spacious walk-in shower with handrails, and there`s also a separate laundry equipped with a washer and dryer for added convenience. Ceiling fans throughout ensure year-round comfort, and there`s secure parking behind the gates. Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.
$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.
CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.
LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.
LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
