- Heating time: please note that the pool/spa heater can take up to 8-24 hours to reach operating temperature, depending on the weather conditions
- Heating schedule: the heater operates only while the pool pump is running, which is normally scheduled from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM (up to 10 hours per day)
- Weather limitations: during cold snaps, windy days, or other unfavorable weather, the heater’s performance may be reduced, and a consistent temperature cannot be guaranteed
- Your safety matters. This property features a Ring doorbell device with an exterior security camera facing the driveway and street. The camera does not look into any interior spaces. The camera actively records video and sound when motion is detected by the device
