Located in Clermont , near Walt Disney World. Large Four Bed , Two full bathrooms, private South facing pool home, stainless steel appliances.
Large washer and dryer, large covered lanai area at pool.
Fully stocked with dishes, cooking items, linen, towels...
local property manager always on call and near by.
Pool can be heated at $35 per day extra , please use pool heat blanket at night if you pay for pool heater to be on.The home will have a starter pack of toiletries, once used up it is up to guests to purchase more if needed. Ac is set to not be allowed to go lower than 72 degrees.

Beautiful house

We loved our stay. The house was clean and ready for us with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The pool was awesome and was the thing I needed after working all day. My wife was lucky to enjoy it all the time, apart from when she called me about a small snake had gotten in the pool and she called me about it. After I stopped laughing I went to the house, scooped it up and put it in the yard. Love the place and look forward to going back again.

Family Vacation

Great place to stay and located within miles from many attractions. The property management team was very prompt with communication before and after visit. Last day of our stay we were expecting a hurricane on the gulf coast and they reached out to us. Would recommend and will be staying again on our next visit as long as it’s available.

Wonderful!

Our family had a wonderful time! The house is close to everything and in a quiet neighborhood. We felt right at home and we really enjoyed the pool! Would recommend to everyone!

Wonderful Home and Stay

The home was very clean and tastefully decorated. The home had a stocked kitchen for cooking and fresh linens for our stay. The home is in an excellent neighborhood. The owner/manager both provided excellent communication. We were very pleased. We would rent again!!!

Good stay

Me and my humble family enjoyed this stay. This was my first time using VRBO and had a little trouble the first day on property but the owner was fast to respond and helped us out super quick. Overall pretty great when considering the price payed.

nothing but amazing!

This property was everyhting i wanted for my family vacation and more! The house is very well kept and very specious. The pool was the biggest hit and we enjoyed every second in there. A better stay than a hotel

Great stay in a good location. 20 mins from Disney & 30 mins from Universal studios. Having our own pool was very relaxing and must have for me now. The house could use some updating but it was clean and functional for our needs. I would recommend paying the $25 a day to heat the pool for evening swims.

Perfect

The house is exactly like the pictures beautiful. Very spacious a family of 8 had no problems finding space. Recommend heating pool next time because the screen keeps pool cool no matter outside temps which is a blessing and a curse. Will stay again when in area. Great communication

Very nice get a away home to relax.

Beautiful property. Home was clean and spacious. Had a very nice pool area. Only disappointment was the pool light or lights wouldn't work after hours. All the rooms were spacious with enough closet space. All necessary needs are available for use. The only real issue we had was the internet connection did not work too well.

This was a very quiet area

Only issue was a smell around pool area. Pool guy was there but still a little cloudy pool may of been because of rain. Close to anything you wanted to do.

Great location!

We recently stayed for a week and this home is located just minutes from 192 making our travels each day quick. There are grocery stores, restaurants, and pharmacy close by. We had a small issue getting our keys the first night but the property manager was easy to reach and stayed in contact the entire time until we got them (it only took a few minutes but it was nice that she was willing to remain on the phone with us the whole time.) I would consider updating the listing to include what temps you allow the house at so people can ensure they will be comfortable within those the entire stay.

We had a great stay!

My family of six had a great time and great stay. The provided pack n play and high chair worked out great for my 18 month old. The alarms and locks on the three pool doors provided a great piece of mind. The lanai pool area is nicer than others and provides a great sun or shaded area depending on what you desire. The appliances are newer, clean and nice. The house was spacious and clean. The neighborhood seemed nice and safe with close by restaurants and stores. Having a Wawa 3 minutes nearby without having to travel out onto busy 27 was great. Rebecca was great and very responsive to any questions we had. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Loved the home!!!!

Enjoyed my week long stay for the kids Spring Break. The pool was clean and warm. Inside of the home was super clean including the carpet. Host should update the pictures because the furniture is more updated now. We also enjoyed the Air hockey table located in the garage. At night it got a little warm, but the portable fans helped….. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. It’s also closed to several restaurants and grocery stores. It was about 40mins to Universal and 20 mins to Disney. Most of all it’s one of the cheapest pool homes with the most good rating. You will definitely not be disappointed 😍

Hot house

We liked the house but it was very hot sleeping. Owner has a lock box on thermostat so the lowest a/c temperature was 72. Very warm for sleeping. They had a little fan but was very dirty and make a loud racket. No dishwashing liquid and not enough dishwasher detergent. We had to buy some.some pans were not very clean. Left one roll of toilet paper extra for a weeks stay. I feel they could supply the place a little better for the price. Also ask people what temperature they are good with. Won’t stay here again. Loved Clermont.

Quiet Neighborhood

The price we paid is kinda what we got. With that said it was worth it. The house is a mix of modern 2010/20s and an early 1980s decor. Plenty of room for the two of us and if u need beds for friends it has it too. Largest kitchen we have is in 5 VRBO stays. Very modern fridge and dishwasher and well as a great big washer and dryer. First visit in late may we usually stay in September and we definitely needed to get some invest in the heating of pool. (We did not). Once in it was fine but little too cool for these bones. Also pool was satisfactory but lots of dirt on the bottom. It was also windy and even with screens around had to skim pool every day. Nice and private pool once in as had a nice blocked out bottom section. Some annoying dogs to the left and across. Actually heard their owner say sic then boy. But they were in a fenced in yard. Decor overall was fine. Lots of crotchety things hanging up in various places that reminded me of my neighbors house in 1982 Alas we really only there for relaxing in pool and comfortable place to sleep. Bed was king that we used and was too soft but after first night no issues sleeping. Several of blinds need replaced and had gaps in. Too many stickers on patio door. I know they are there for safety but never saw that many at other houses. Overall a 4 out of 5. Not fantastic but not that bad and worth what we paid.
