With a two-car garage, a covered patio overlooking green space and a community pool, and a light, airy interior filled with California-inspired artwork, the home blends relaxed desert living with thoughtful design.
INTERIOR
Step inside to a light and bright open floor plan where soft, light-colored tile floors set a clean foundation throughout the main living areas. The living room centers around a large U-shaped gray sofa layered over a coordinating rug, creating an inviting space for gathering. A 60in. SmartTV, books, and a ceiling fan add comfort and functionality, while sliding glass doors open directly to the covered patio, keeping the indoor and outdoor spaces connected.
