The family-friendly Golden Sands Building is located in the heart of Ocean City, and its Amenities are nothing short of amazing! Featuring a Penthouse Level Indoor Pool and Fitness Center, as well as a seasonal Recreation Deck with Outdoor Pool, Children’s Pool, Tiki Bar and Grill and even sometimes Live Entertainment, there is something for everyone in your family to fall in love with! Golden Sands also offers one of Ocean City’s only Private Beach areas, open only to Golden Sands guests. For your convenience, one parking permit is provided upon registration with the building, additional parking permit available at an additional fee, subject to availability. Also for your peace of mind, there are maintenance personnel and security available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Golden Sands 1812 is everything a family vacation should be! This stunning 2 Bedroom/1.5 Bath Oceanfront Condo truly has it all, including sweeping Views of the Ocean. Comfortably sleeping your family of 6, you will love the beautiful, open layout from the moment you walk in. As you enter down the hall, you'll love the cool, tile flooring that welcomes you into the wide open Living Area with Kitchen, and Dining area. As you enter into the Living Area, you will feel this beautiful home open to simply UNBELIEVABLE Ocean Views with floor to ceiling windows. The Kitchen is sure to delight - well-stocked with all you need to make any mealtime a breeze. The spacious Breakfast Bar is a great place to grab a quick bite before hitting the Beach, or to gather around for a family meal together. Can't do without those Sea Breezes? Dine Al-Fresco overlooking the Ocean and taking in the soothing Ocean Air. Slip out and sip your morning coffee as the Sun rises over the Sea, and then unwind and enjoy a refreshing glass of wine as the waves crash and the moon lights the sky.
The Living Area is welcoming with plush furniture, Large Flat Screen TV, Free WiFi, and Ocean Views right from the cozy couch. Bedroom 2, a private escape tucked down the hall, is perfect for your little loved ones with a Pyramid Bunk (Twin over Full), a cool refreshing decor, and a stunning view of the Bay. In the hall is the Stackable Washer/Dryer for your convenience.

No worries, simply stroll to one of many nearby Restaurants including The Green Turtle or Bull on the Beach, plus more! A few blocks away, grab your fresh cup of coffee at The Coffee Beanery! Golden Sands Requires guests to register prior to arrival. Registration is $75 for the entire stay and includes 1 parking permit for assigned (assigned June-August) parking space. Registration fee will be charged with final Balance.
Additional permits may be available for $20/day subject to availability upon arrival.
Registration form must be filled out and returned prior to arrival in order to receive arrival instructions and codes via email.

Seaside Vacations does not allow group rentals or rent to guests under age 25 - Families ONLY - No HS Senior Groups, Bachelor-Type Parties, etc. Therefore, online bookings for group rentals will not be honored.

There is absolutely NO Smoking or vaping permitted on property. Violations may lead to additional charges and possible eviction without refund.
