Indoor & Outdoor pool, exercise room, sauna, Tiki Bar & Restaurant, sundry shops, game room, volleyball and shuffle board areas, private beach and more! Watch the sunrise from your private balcony and from the primary bedroom with floor to ceiling windows. Spacious family room and stocked kitchen if you wish to dine in. This is the spot - come check it out! $75 parking fee - parking pass required in car
The Space:
Must be 25 to book this home; no smoking; Pets Not Allowed Renter agreement must be signed in order for arrival instructions and door code to be sent out
Guest Access:
Smart lock on the door & you will receive a unique door code for your stay; arrival instructions will be sent out several times during the week leading up to your stay VIA EMAIL. If you do not sign the renter agreement, the arrival instructions will not send out. Please ensure that is properly signed when you book to make it easier. CHECK SPAM folder if you do not see the arrival instructions in your email box! THX

The Golden Sands has all you need for a perfect vacation including a large outdoor pool, kiddie pool, sun deck, tennis court, shuffleboard court, beach volleyball court, private beach area, Tiki Bar restaurant, and sundry shops. On the top floor of the building you’ll find some of the most impressive views and amenities that Ocean City has to offer: an oceanfront fitness center, an indoor pool for year round enjoyment, a bright solarium for relaxing and gathering with friends, a sauna, and a game room featuring billiard tables and arcade games.
