Very convenient pet friendly spot in Navarre. easy walk to beach and short drive to national seashore. We really liked the place and it was well stocked with everything we needed.

The only problem was some of the beach items were broken. We had to get rig the large umbrella since we didn’t know it was broken until we went to set it up. We used the smaller one that wasn’t broken afterwards that. Boogie boards were all broken so you may want to bring your own unless they replace them. Otherwise I was well pleased with the place and its surroundings. Always felt safe even walking my pooch at midnight! Only short walk to beach and is located in a house/condo area with no hotels on that end. I would definitely stay here again.

The house was great for the value of what I paid. I know things happen so not a bad review. Some lights went out during our stay and the battery started dying in the fire alarm in my room. Honestly my only real complaint was the yard was overgrown and not accessible. The property was as advertised and a good neighborhood. We really enjoyed our stay.

I really enjoyed staying here. The place was clean and only a 5 minute walk from the beach. The host was responsive to questions and helpful.

Location was good, house was comfy, cozy and clean. Needs a few cosmetic repairs so guests don't feel as though they will be blamed for damages. The only thing I didn't like was having to go upstairs to use the bathroom or for visitors to have to go upstairs through our bedrooms to use the bathroom.

Clean, cute townhome that worked well for 1 adult and 2 teenagers for a week. Beach was a short 5min walk away, main shops and restaurants were biking or driving distance away. I did have some issues with the overall condition the house was in. Everything seemed to be very worn down and the furniture and decor had a "bare minimum" vibe. There were several soft spots on the ground level floor, the couch was extremely worn out, uncomfortable and had mis-matching replacement covers, both tub faucets in the 2 bathrooms pulled away from the wall when you turned on the shower, and in the master bathroom the towel rack fell off the wall when I went to dry my hands on a towel the first time. I also thought it was odd that there wasn't a single dresser provided in either room for your clothes so I had make due with some display shelves. The kitchen had an odd set up with only one drawer, so all the silverware was in a cabinet on the other side of the room. Not a huge deal just inconvenient. Adding a few simple touches such as hooks on the wall by the door to hang jackets and bags would make a world of difference. One issue I reached out about was never fixed: primary bedroom TV access. I couldn't log into any streaming services, they were all locked and required a master code? Replied 3 days after i contacted them with no solution. I was never able to use that TV. All that being said, it was overall an enjoyable stay and price for the week and I don't regret it.

1 - Absolutely NO view (looking at other condo units)2 - 2 sets of stairs. One is longer than usual (because of high ceiling in the floor below)3 - The advertisement did not make any mention of these stairs and my wife (77 year old) had a hard time getting up and down (from living space to bedrooms)3 - Had to request toilet paper and blankets after the first night4 - Bedroom privacy curtain fell (curtain rod broke)4 - Otherwise, the stay was pleasant and relaxing.
