A large 2000 sq ft cottage on 1.3 acres of pure privacy located within 2.5 hours of Toronto. 3 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms including en-suite. This spacious private space is perfect for you and your family dream summer or winter get away.
Two spacious decks, fire pit, canoe and paddle boards, gazebo and a deep water entry from a luxurious dock. Everything your summer day at the lake demands included. Household amenities include fireplace, wood burning stove, washer and dryer and appliances in a full and large kitchen.
Wollaston Lake is medium sized lake that is great for boating. Crown land across from the cottage is perfect for hiking or jumping off rocks for the kids. Coe Hill is five minutes away with stores and facilities. Bancroft and Apsley are accessible as well. Local accessible provincial parks include - Silent Lake, Kawartha Highland and the Petroglyphs - perfect for family day trips.
