Magnificent high ceilings & extensive floor to ceiling windows throughout emphasize gorgeous views, light, and infuses a sense of extra space into the home.



Alluvium boasts 5 bedrooms (all linen is provided), 3 bathrooms (the ensuite is like a resort style bathroom with bath), media room, an open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge room flow effortlessly to sun-drenched large timber entertaining terraces. Bringing the outside, inside with ease through large full-length glass windows and doors creating a picturesque frame- optimising rural views as well as being a soothing tranquil place to escape.



On a sealed road, located in a private area just 5 minutes to the centre of Berry Village and 10 minutes to Seven Mile Beach, Alluvium gives you a luxurious country lifestyle escape.

Bookings made for a Thursday and Friday nights or Sunday and Monday nights are charged at the full weekend tariff **
