Perfect location for Family and Friends get away

The house was perfect for our needs had everything we required for a lovely 4 day stay. It was located close to all attractions in the area and the view made morning and nights wonderful. Lisa was great to deal with, helpful very step of the way. Would definitely stay again

Beautiful country location

Our family enjoyed our stay at Rivendell. Lots of space for our various age groups. Kids loved the outdoor spaces, pool and visiting the animals. Kitchen well stocked and comfortable beds. Loved the separate studio as well

Peaceful well appointed Country Retreat - great for a bunch of 60 old women :)

The house is very well appointed and so thoughtfully presented for entertaining. We used all the spaces - even a quick ice bath in the pool was not as bad as we thought. wonderfully appointed kitchen and plenty of dining spaces, very comfortable beds with high quality linen and a fire pit :) And that view over the valley.

Amazing country stay and very close to Berry

Comfortably fit 12 guests. Very spacious and clean. Amazing view and lots of places to eat and share food (we ate inside, out the front and out by the fire). Great communication by Lisa and Monika.

Rivendell stay

We had a group of 10 people stay at this property and it was fantastic. A beautiful and well equipped house - we made great use of the pool. Lots of different options for outdoor seating with the most divine views from every aspect. It was so peaceful and relaxing that I only regret not staying for a full week.

Great weekend away on an amazing property

We had a great trip away with our family! The place was clean, cozy, and stylish - felt like home right away. The hosts were super friendly, responsive and helpful, making my stay even better. Perfect location, close to everything but wow, so peaceful. The property had everything we needed so we never felt we had to leave. The views are picture perfect from the front garden. Don't hesitate to book. You'll love your time at Rivendell.

Excellent retreat for a family get-together

Rivendell is in an ideal location, providing the quietness of a country hideaway, yet close to townships if you need it. Beautiful views, lovely gardens, friendly furry, feathered and woolly neighbours, plenty of room for kids to run around, inviting swimming pool, fire pit for toasting marshmallows - what more could you ask for. Just about all the comforts of home were available. Couldn't fault it! Great hosts too! Would love to go back!

Beautiful Country Home

We had a lovely stay at this well appointed property. Was perfect for out family reunion catering easily for our big family. There is so much room to enjoy and the kitchen is very well stocked with everything you could ever need. The pool was very refreshing on a hot day. We all loved saying hello to the sheep and alpacas. There are some great walks too. Highly recommend

Picturesque serenity

Rivendell Berry is nothing short of amazing! The 360 views are simply stunning! If you want nature, serenity, comfort with the option of only being a short trip into town with great cafes, restaurants, parks and shopping in the gorgeous historic town of Berry this property ticks all the boxes! Our children spent the whole time exploring and playing together in the large open spaces. Every detail has been made to ensure upmost comfort. Would love to come back here!

We stayed with our extended family, ranging in age from 1 - 60. There was plenty of room for us to spread out and enjoy the property. The pool was quite cold (not heated) for the kids, next time we would bring their wetsuits if staying in spring. Inside, there was plenty of kitchenwares and a basic stock of kitchen supplies for us to be able to prepare our meals. There was a problem with the dishwasher and it did not work, I advised the host of this immediately and did not receive a reply until our checkout time, it was a shame that we had to hand wash all of our dishes for the duration of our stay. The bedrooms were nicely furnished and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. In future, I would suggest that the groundskeeper should get their work done before or after a stay as their onsite presence during our stay detracted from our experience (they were not attending to any urgent or critical maintenance). Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Rivendell.

Beautiful position amongst rolling green hills with a view to the coast. Home very comfortable and well planned to give everyone space and privacy. Good communal relaxing areas. Temperamental coded door lock. One lounge chair was missing a leg and unstable to sit on. Otherwise very happy with our stay

Incredible place to stay. Location was so peaceful and relaxing but close to Berry and Seven Mile Beach. We had 8 comfortably stay and the process and info pre check in was great. The views all day were great but in the morning with rolling fog was stunning. Cannot recommend highly enough

The Perfect Getaway

Nestled into the rolling hills of Berry this is THE PERFECT getaway house. Such nice finishes. Felt very homey. Perfect kitchen for cooking for lots of people - they have everything you need. Was blown away by the house and the addition of a large lawn area and the pool was divine. Thanks so much for having us :)

Marooned in the Meadow

All of us (8 adults and 2 young children) enjoyed our two night stay in the stunning hills of Meroo Meadow. From taking in the view by the pool to sitting by the fire pit at night, catching a star or two. The kids loved visiting the alpacas and their friends and also a quick visit by a kangaroo. The hospitality shown by the owners was exceptional and the property exceeded all of our expectations.

Absolute Bliss

Such a beautiful property for a family stay!! The hosts were so flexible and enabled early check in which was amazing and we were extremely grateful for! The property is stunning and has everything you need for a family getaway: open livid spaces, pool, outdoor games and DVDs. The bedrooms are furnished perfectly and each room offers a different view of the property! So lucky to have stayed here! Thankyou again Lisa and Monika!
