House of Donatella is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom designer retreat that blends the historic soul of Bendigo with luxurious modern living. Nestled in a city that once stood at the heart of the 1850s gold rush, this beautifully renovated home celebrates old-world charm at the front and bold contemporary elegance at the back.
Located just minutes from the Bendigo CBD & art precinct. House of Donatella offers the perfect base for those seeking culture, comfort, and style in equal measure.
From the moment you enter, House of Donatella reveals its layers — much like the city itself. The original front section of the home reflects Bendigo’s architectural heritage, with high ceilings, polished timber floors, and elegant period touches. As you move towards the rear of the home, a spectacular modern extension unfolds: think polished concrete, floor-to-ceiling glass, curated interiors, and a seamless connection to the manicured courtyard garden.
Whether you`re sipping wine in the courtyard, preparing a meal in the marble-topped kitchen, or relaxing with a book in one of two living areas, every detail has been designed for an elevated stay.

As we offer a peaceful and respectful space and out of consideration for our neighbours we ask that quiet hours are observed between 10pm and 8am
This property is not suitable for parties or loud gatherings
By booking this stay, you agree to all house rules and acknowledge that violations may result in additional charges or termination of your booking.
We kindly ask that you respect the property and treat it with care. Any damage, negligence, or misuse may result in additional charges.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. A $300 fine will apply if any signs of smoking are detected indoors.
Parties, events, or loud music are not permitted under any circumstances. Violations will result in penalties, and in some cases, immediate removal from the property without a refund.
Pets are not allowed at the property. If a pet is brought in without approval, additional cleaning fees and a $150 penalty will apply.
Please help us keep the space clean for the next guest. While we do provide professional cleaning after each stay, excessive mess or failure to maintain reasonable cleanliness may result in additional cleaning charges.
Lost keys will incur a $200 replacement fee. This is to cover the cost of locksmith services and replacing locks if necessary.
Early check-in or late checkout must be arranged in advance and approved by the host. Additional charges may apply depending on availability.
If you miss your scheduled check-in time and require additional arrangements, a fee will apply for the extra coordination and support required.
Any damaged or broken items during your stay will be assessed and charged accordingly based on replacement or repair costs.
Mail and package deliveries are not permitted at the property. We cannot accept responsibility for any lost or undelivered mail sent to the address during your stay.
