6. Parking: Our driveway accommodates up to 5 cars. To prevent any inconvenience to our neighbours, no additional cars are allowed, and street parking or parking on neighbouring properties is strictly prohibited.
7. No Bucks, Hens or Schoolies: To maintain a relaxing environment for all guests and neighbours, we do not allow bucks, hens or schoolies on the premises under any circumstances. Thank you for your understanding.
8. Smoking (including vaping) is prohibited both inside and outside the property. The property is fitted with smoke alarms that are sensitive to vaping.
Guest Limit Policy:
The maximum number of guests allowed on the property at any time—day or night—must not exceed the number stated on the listing which is 12. Due to strict insurance requirements, additional visitors beyond the booked guests are not permitted. Therefore, any breach of this rule may result in immediate eviction and enforcement of penalties.

We are situated in a quiet and friendly neighbourhood of long term residents and we are the only short term rental on the street. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music at night with quiet hours starting at 10pm. Guests not adhering to these rules will be asked to leave immediately.
Absolutely no hens, bucks or schoolies bookings of any kind, not even quiet ones.
This is a strictly pet free property.
You'll have the entire home all to yourself for your stay. We will provide instructions for remote and secure access on the day of your arrival.
