広々とした3つのリビングエリア、北と南の屋外デッキをご用意していますので、皆様が楽しめるスペースをお探しください。 主なリビングエリアには、DVDプレーヤー/レコーダーとステレオシステム付きの50インチテレビがあります。 2番目と3番目のエリアはリラックス、読書、ゲームに最適です。

大きなカントリースタイルのキッチンにはガス調理器、オーブン、電子レンジ、食器洗い機が完備されています。 食器棚には食器、カトラリー、メガネ、鍋、鍋が入っていますので、大集合のための饗宴を料理したい場合は、これらの必須アイテムの不足はありません。 洗濯機には洗濯機とアイロン設備があります。 2つのガス炉暖炉と素晴らしい暖炉暖炉があり、冬は暖房設備が充実しています。（木材は夕方の火にのみ供給されます。 必要に応じて、補給品は地元のサービスステーションで購入することができます）。 全室のシーリングファンは夏季には快適な気温を保ちます。

家の正面には、60m2のデッキを新しく建てました。そこにはダイニング、ラウンジ、ベッドルームからアクセスできます。 屋外のダイニングとシーティング設備も提供しています。 これにより、私たちの屋外の居住スペースが100m2近くに増加します!!

この家は海のビーチトラックまで徒歩5分で、砂丘を通って有名なビーチ16の東端のサーフまで蛇行しています。

It was perfect for a family holiday!

My family had a wonderful getaway at Avon, it had everything we needed and more. Plenty of places in the secluded garden for my grandchildren to explore. Having the main bedroom with that fantastic ensuite was a bonus. Thank you Kay for making our break amazing!

Fantastic Stay

Great house, heaps of living room, ensuite in the master is amazing. Was a hot weekend and the house stayed cool all day. Dogs had a great time in the enormous backyard. Owner was really responsive and friendly. Very keen to return!

Great weekend away

We had a great weekend at Avon lodge. 6 adults and 6 kids and there was heaps of space for everyone. The house is amazingly well stocked with everything you need. The beach was a good activity as it was so close. Highly recommended.

Beautiful property

The Avon lodge was absolutely perfect for a weekend getaway. The pictures do not do the house any justice, it's just beautiful. Bedrooms are spacious and the back yard area is very peaceful. Dealing with Kay was also a pleasure, such prompt communication. Would definitely stay here again!

Space for everyone to relax & enjoy

4 families with 8 kids comfortably enjoyed the June long weekend stay. Spacious living areas, 5 large bedrooms, outdoor decks & spa plus huge yard meant parents, kids & dogs had all the space required to relax & play. Short walk to the beach & great cafe at the start of street meant everything you need is at hand.

Awesome!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay celebrating a 40th wedding anniversary. 14 of us fitted comfortaby in the house. The photos don't do it justice - it was very tidy, comfortable and homely. The spa was great and yard fantastic for kids. We'd definitely stay again.

Lovely & comfortable property

Beautiful and spacious property that is perfect for a weekend getaway, even in winter! The house was large and comfortable for a group of 15 people, with a cozy inside and gorgeous outside area. Exceeded our expectations in every way. The owners of the house are very accommodating and the house is in great condition. The only thing I would change for next time is to make sure to bring some extra towels

Perfect getaway

Upon arriving, my friends and I were immediately struck by how beautiful the house was from the outside. When we stepped inside, we were greeted with a warm, spacious and luxurious home. So impressed, we all agreed that the pictures, although appealing did not do the house justice as to how truly lovely it was. The house was host to around 10 people for the weekend and was more than adequate, providing us with numerous outdoor areas to enjoy as well as a cozy living and dining area. Kay was always one phone call or text away and replied to any queries instantly which made the weekend all the more relaxing and enjoyable. I would highly recommend Avon House to anyone wanting a getaway with close friends or family and I am not exaggerating when I say that throughout the weekend, we repeatedly stated to each other how delighted we were to be staying in such a great house.

"Big & Beautiful."

In regards to a group of 13 adults to celebrate a 26th Birthday for the weekend, it was beyond what we had imagined. After leaving the property as of yesterday, i promised myself that i would make sure to write a review as soon as i could. First of all, communication with Kay (owner) was a bit slow whilst emailing each other as she was in india at the time however she made sure to answer all of my questions and had sent photos of the Avon estate. She was indeed very helpful and very honest and the best thing about her was the fact that she did not try to rush the process. Now let me get to the house, it was indeed "BIG & BEAUTIFUL." I suggest that more photos be uploaded on the stayz website. From the moment that our group excitedly laid eyes upon arrival to actually stepping foot inside the grand home, nothing but utter joy and happiness was easily shown by everyone. Even though we were well prepared for our weekend trip, the house does provide everything and anything you could possibly need. It was so spacious that for the 13 of us, we didn't really manage to make use of every single area. We mostly just used the kitchen, spa and entertainment area at the back even though the front entertainment was just as lovely we hardly did use it which was a pity. The 5 bed-rooms were well enough adequate and Avon House really did feel like home. Although not too flash of a kind of place, it really was comfortable and was beautiful regardless. 10 min walk to the nearest beach and only about a 5 min drive to Rye Town and Beach or maybe even less as the roads do not seem to have a lot of traffic. Would highly recommend this place to anyone interested.

Perfect home for a lot of people!

We stayed here for our mother's 70th birthday. There were 12 of us ranging from 6 months to 87 years and the house worked perfectly. There were plenty of spaces to gather (or to get away!), beautiful outdoor space and a lovely spa. And the five minute walk to a gorgeous beach, with great tide pools and massive sand dunes was divine. This lovely home exceeded all of our expectations!

I would highly recommend this very comfortable large home that caters to all needs. 9 of us stayed the weekend and were very comfortable with the property having zoned areas for get togethers as well as being able to find a quiet cosy space as well. We all just loved it and already considering another family get together.
