Both the front and back outdoor areas provide sunny, easy spaces to unwind, enjoy a coffee, or let the kids play safely in the fully fenced outdoor areas.



Inside, you’ll find a fresh, contemporary interior with all-new furnishings throughout. The modern kitchen is fully equipped for home cooking, and the open-plan dining and lounge area features a Smart TV and a cozy setup ideal for relaxing after a day out. The master bedroom includes a comfortable queen bed, while the second bedroom is fitted with two single beds, making it perfect for families or friends. A sleek, newly built bathroom and a convenient laundry area add extra ease for longer stays. An Aircon/ Heat Pump ensures you are comfortable all year round.
