Step inside to find two beautifully appointed living areas: one anchored by a large sectional sofa and wood-burning fireplace with split-system heating and cooling, the other designed for games and movie nights. At the heart of the home, the chef’s kitchen boasts stone benchtops, a generous island, premium appliances, and a spacious scullery, seamlessly flowing into the dining area and out to the alfresco entertaining zone.

Outside, a private backyard invites relaxed afternoons and lively evenings. Enjoy long lunches under the covered patio, fire up the gas BBQ, or make the most of the wood-fired pizza oven.

The thoughtfully designed layout places bedrooms in separate wings for added privacy. The primary suite features a king bed, climate control and a sleek ensuite, while two further bedrooms each offer a queen bed and a ceiling fan, and a fourth includes two singles—ideal for families or groups. All sleeping areas include built-in storage and TVs (except in bedroom two) for relaxed viewing before bed. Both bathrooms are styled with modern concrete finishes, walk-in showers, and elegant fixtures. A full laundry with a washer and dryer adds convenience for longer stays.

Located in the quiet beachside suburb of Abbey, Burnished Bay is just a short walk from the calm waters and soft sands of family-friendly Abbey Beach. Surrounded by peaceful residential streets, you’re a quick drive to Busselton’s town centre, jetty, and cafes, with Margaret River wineries and breweries just beyond.

Due to local regulations, we can happily host you for up to 90 nights. Any bookings that exceed this duration will be cancelled by Vrbo.

School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.

Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10 pm. This house is situated in a quiet residential area. Please be aware that outdoor music is not permitted at any time of day, and that loud or noisy gatherings will not be tolerated with respect to the neighbouring properties.

Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.
