Enjoy morning sunrise over the Gulf of Mexico and a view of Laguna Madre for sunset! This stylish corner unit boasts spectacular views from a large balcony with two tables and plenty of chairs. Inside, highlights include two suites, four TVs, and comfortable furnishings throughout.

As part of the community at Suntide III, you'll enjoy excellent on-site amenities, including an indoor pool and hot tub, tennis courts, a sauna, and a gym.

Kick back in the open living area, furnished with two plush armchairs, an oversized leather chair, and a leather sofa. Watch favorite shows on the large TV or simply kick back and enjoy the breathtaking Gulf views. Prepare tasty meals in the well-equipped kitchen, outfitted with sleek stainless steel appliances.

Handy extras include a coffee maker, blender, and toaster. Greet the day with a cup of coffee at the counter for three, and enjoy meals together at the dining table for six. In-home amenities include complimentary WiFi, cable TV, and a washer/dryer.

**Suntide III started improvement work on September 17, 2025, and the project is scheduled to continue through February 26, 2026. Factors such as weather and changes in scope may extend this timeline. The improvement project will involve:

Balcony Patio Renovation for all units ending in 03, 04, and 05

North and South elevator shafts

A/C unit condenser storages spalling and waterproofing work. The planned work will require the movement of the exterior air conditioner units, affecting the A/C service availability in units ending in 01 & 02, and 9 & 10

Staircase & Elevator Access
One of the staircases will always be accessible and one elevator will remain in operation during the renovation period, as follows:
- The north elevator and north staircase will be available for the public during the work on the south elevator shaft and A/C condenser storages work
- The south elevator and south staircase will be available for the public during the work on the north elevator shaft and A/C condenser storages work

Emergency exit signs and evacuation routes will be posted during the renovation period; the outdoor pool and patio area will not be affected during the renovation project. The indoor pool and spa will remain open and accessible. Adjustments to access points are expected, along with scaffolding in the back of the building, construction noise, and dust throughout the duration of the improvement project
