The apartment includes one secure parking space in the undercover garage within the building. For additional vehicles, Secure Parking - 522 Flinders Lane is just moments away, offering convenient and safe parking nearby.
Other Things to Note:
Additional Cleaning Charges:
* Your small pets (max 2) are welcome to stay with you if they are house trained but please note that any additional cleaning as a result of your fury family members will incur an additional charge of $55. Note pets are not permitted in the spa.
* Guests are welcome to enjoy complementary use of our BBQ on the balcony, taking in the breathtaking view of the Melbourne skyline, but please note if you would prefer not to clean it yourself there will be an additional $55 cleaning fee charged if you leave it dirty.
* To assist with the water filtration system in the spa we ask that you shower before use and remove any body makeup or lotions. Food and drink is not permitted in the spa and if additional cleaning is required, we will charge additional cleaning fees of $55.
* Smoking is permitted outside on the balcony and we have provided an ashtray for your buts, please use it. If we are required to clean buts out of the garden beds or the neighbor bellow's balcony we will unfortunately need to charge an additional cleaning fee of $55.
