You and your guests won't want to miss the opportunity to stay at The Waterfall Retreat! This three bedroom, two bath home boasts a private, heated pool with a waterfall. You will comfortably be able to enjoy the property along with the surrounding area! The split plan offers privacy with the Primary Bedroom on the other side of the house from the two Guest Bedrooms.

This property is nestled in a quiet neighborhood, close to G.T. Bray Park and Recreation and the surrounding beaches. You can enter the park at the end of the dead end road.

Once you enter the house you will be greeted with a spacious sitting area and Family Room. There is an electric fireplace available for your use on colder days and nights.

Off the sitting area is the Full Bunk Room which has a Jack and Jill Bathroom connected to the second room which offers a Queen bed. The bathroom between the two rooms has a nice sized walk-in shower. Both bedrooms offer adequate storage for your items.

The large Kitchen offers the basic items to cook your meals at home. There is a workspace area in case you need to work while on vacation. Right off the kitchen is the Laundry Room with a large stackable washer and dryer.

The Primary Bedroom incudes an En suite Bathroom with a double sink vanity and walk-in shower. A King size bed sleeps two comfortably and the walk in closet provides extra space for your belongings. You can step outside to the pool area right from the Primary Bedroom or from the Family Room.

You will most likely spend most of your time outside as the spacious backyard offers tranquility with the waterfall feature off the heated pool and several areas to sit and enjoy a good book or meal. The backyard is fully fenced in.

It is just a short drive to the famous beaches of Anna Maria Island to spend your day in sand and sun. There is so much to offer at The Waterfall Retreat!

This property sleeps a maximum of 8 people in a King, Queen, and Full Bunk Beds.

While we know you love your furry friends, this property is not pet friendly. Please make other arrangements for your pets.

A NOTE ABOUT POOL HEAT: If you book online, your reservation will automatically populate with a pool heat charge for one week. If your reservation is for a longer period, someone on our staff will adjust the pool heat rate to reflect the longer stay. We recommend pool heat at this property, regardless of the time of year, as pools near shady trees stay cooler, even in the summer.

Our Cancellation Policy: In order to protect our owners from loss of income, ALL MONIES PAID TOWARDS YOUR RESERVATION MAY BE NON-REFUNDABLE AFTER A CERTAIN DATE! FULL AND PARTIAL REFUNDS MAY BE GIVEN UNDER CERTAIN CONDITIONS. Ask our office for details, or check your rental agreement.
