On the first floor, a bright living area welcomes you with an expansive vista over Yallingup and the Indian Ocean. The main kitchen sits close by, pairing style with practicality through stone benchtops, ample storage, and quality appliances. Share meals indoors at the large dining table for eight, or bring everything out to the covered patio—an all-seasons alfresco space perfect for long lunches, sunset drinks, and watching the coastline shift through the day.

On the second floor, a second living area offers another inviting retreat, complete with its own dining space and fully equipped kitchen. This level opens directly to multiple outdoor spots for alfresco BBQ feasts or relaxed afternoons overlooking treetop and ocean views. Above it all, the third floor features a tranquil lounge with an oversized L-shaped sofa and TV—a quiet hideaway for children.

Bedrooms are thoughtfully spread across the first and second floors, giving groups plenty of space and privacy. On the second floor, the primary suite features a king bed, a walk-in wardrobe, and an ensuite with a separate toilet, walk-in shower, and deep soaking bath. There is a half bathroom nearby for added convenience. The first floor includes four additional bedrooms with queen beds, plus a fifth bedroom with two king singles, supported by two full bathrooms. A well-equipped laundry with a washer and dryer adds convenience for longer stays.

On-site parking is available for four vehicles in both the driveway and garage. Year-round comfort is ensured with split-system air conditioning in the downstairs living area and central air conditioning in the upstairs living area.
