階下のエンターテイメントエリアには、DVDとCDステレオ付きの大型テレビがあります。 快適なラウンジは、この部屋を子供たちにぴったりの部屋にします。

Christmas in march

Thee best location! Walking distance to cafe, pub and resturant. Beautiful gardens and pathway to beach. Short drive to larger shops and resturants. Great house for larger family retreat.

great stay

My business partner and I just rented a house for a few days to celebrate that we are on the onset of retirement. We just finished our last conference in Perth. It is a really nice house, clearly being taken care of by a warm hearted family. I have summer house myself and do recognize the nice private details. We also love the coffee machine.

Beautiful house - loved our stay

We had a wonderful stay at the property for a family holiday. The house facilities were fantastic, there was everything we needed. The beds were super comfy. The house was very clean. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again!

Generally Good Property

Good location and reasonable property however it is in need of some general maintenance. Also, very noisy within the house due to the gyproc walls and timber floors.

Perfect house in a perfect location!

Stayed here with the family and loved it so much we booked to come back later in the year. Beautiful house with lots of room in a lovely spot next to Caves House and the gardens. Can’t wait to return!

Longboard House

Clean, light and airy. Great location with plenty of beautiful walks from house to coast. Great wood fired heater. Well kitted out with kitchen stuff, glasses of all kinds. Clean. Great stove, fridge and proper coffee machine. Historic gardens, general store, bakery and bottle shop very handy. Extremely quiet! Lovely view to trees and historic gardens from main open living space.

Longboard house

The longboard house is an amazing house in an amazing location. Comfortable beds and a good bathroom. Very happy we chose it and will book again.

Wedding with restaurants & wineries

Great location to Caves house. Lovely little local shops - very retro boho. Outside deck needed refresh before use but the overall properly was brilliant, well outfitted to a high standard. Beds very comfortable which is sooo important. Really lovely.

Really beautiful

We visited the property for a weekend with family and friends and absolutely loved it. So close to the beach, coffee shop and hotel. Perfect for anyone with small kids too. House was really clean and well catered for. Really enjoyed our stay.

MR ULTRA & GETAWAY

Came away with a group of adults to run the MR Ultra. Thoroughly enjoyed our accommodation - was spacious and fitted us all comfortably. Location was ideal. Would highly recommend.

Lovely house in perfect location

Was exactly as described and perfect for our family. Very clean linen, bathrooms and kitchen but more attention needed in other areas. Windows filthy, floor downstairs dirty and kitchen pans felt greasy. Main bedroom shower leaks badly. Would stay again but cleaners need to take more care.
