Main Residence @ Eden's Ridge

This magnificent home is on what we like to call a little slice of Heaven. Enjoy the views from the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains and all the luxuries of mountaintop living while still being conviently located to Lake Lanier, Atlanta, Daholonega, and Amicolola Falls. 

The Main Residence at Eden's Ridge is a 5 bedroom, 5.5 bathroom home located on a beautiful 38-acre estate. Enjoy perfect mountain views from the back deck or balconies of the Main Residence.

When you enter the front of the home, you'll find a library office space as well as an open formal dining room. Just past the staircase will be a powder room bathroom, the first bedroom with ensuite bathroom, and a living room with flat screen TV. Please note, the bedrooms in this home do not have TVs to encourage socialization in the group spaces.​

The chef's kitchen in this home has everything you would need to prepare, host, and eat a family-style dinner. From countertops to hold a buffet, bar seating for casual dining, walk in pantry, upscale appliances, and eat-in kitchen dining tables, you'll have plenty of space to socialize and cook. There is also a three-car garage available for guest use as well as driveway parking to hold a total of 10-12 cars.

From the kitchen, you have access to the expansive deck and wrap around porch with seating for everyone to enjoy. There is a gas-start wood-burning fireplace on the deck, a luxury pool with waterfall, hot tub, and gas fire pit for guests to enjoy outside.

The lower level has a game room with poker table, chess/checkers/backgammon table, and a flat-screen TV. Downstairs you'll also find a kitchenette with fridge and sink, full bathroom, bonus bedroom, and a gym. Just outside the gym is an outdoor living space.







The upper level features a spacious master bedroom with a large sitting area, huge master bathroom, and outdoor balcony. The upper level also has three additional bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a bonus room with outdoor balcony. Above the upper level is a fourth floor bonus room with additional beds and a private balcony.

Please note, the property managers live on-site (in a separate home) and there is a second home (The Lodge) available for guests on this estate. The only shared spaces between the homes is the entrance and long driveway. 





King Bedrooms: Please note that almost all of our King beds can be converted to two separate twin beds for an additional fee depending on your group needs.

Master: King Bed with ensuite master bathroom & balcony

Bedroom #1: King Bed (or can be 2 Twins). This bedroom is on the main floor and has ensuite bathroom



Bedroom #2: Queen Bed. This bedroom is upstairs (3rd floor) and has an ensuite bathroom

Bedroom #3: King Bed (or can be 2 Twins). This bedroom is upstairs (3rd floor) and has an jack/jill bathroom shared with bedroom #4

Bedroom #4: King Bed (or can be 2 Twins). This bedroom is upstairs (3rd floor) and has an jack/jill bathroom shared with bedroom #3

3rd Floor Bonus Room: 2 Queen Beds & shared balcony with master bedroom

4th Floor Bonus Room: 4 twin beds

Lower Level Bonus Room: King Bed (or can be 2 Twins). This bedroom has access to a hallway full bathroom
