The lanai faces the pool and catches the sunrise — the right spot for morning coffee before the day begins. This is a top-floor Penthouse View at One Particular Harbour condo where the elevation gives the outdoor space a different quality than the ground-level units, and where guests have been coming back year after year to find it exactly as they left it.

The condo sleeps five. The master suite has a king bed, walk-in closet, ensuite bath, and smart TV. The guest room has a queen bed and a twin bed — a practical configuration for a parent and child or two guests who need their own sleeping space. The living room sleeper sofa handles the fifth guest. Two full bathrooms. The kitchen has granite counters, stainless appliances, and everything needed for full meals at home. In-unit washer and dryer. Smart TVs in every room. High-speed WiFi included.

One Particular Harbour is set at the base of the Manatee Avenue bridge — one mile from Anna Maria Island's Gulf beaches, walking distance to Floridays Waterfront Grill, and minutes from everyday conveniences. Guests consistently report not needing their car for the entire stay.

The resort amenities for short-term guests include the heated pool, splash pad, playground, grilling area, gated security, and covered parking. Beach chairs, towels, and beach gear are provided.

Guests staying 30 nights or longer unlock the full Harbour Isle Beach Club — a private waterfront pool, Sky Bar with live entertainment, fitness center, yoga lawn, kayak launches, fire pit gathering area, and miles of landscaped walking paths. The amenity gap between a week and a month here is significant.

OPH requires a one-week minimum stay with covered parking and elevator access included. No smoking.

credit cards for final payment with a 3% fee on the balance due

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place was more then I expected.The gorgeous view from the balcony was so breathtaking. In the condo was so beautiful, and spacious.A great kitchen with every thing you could possibly need.When you go into bedrooms they have comfortable beds and plenty of pillows,and the bathrooms had plenty of towels When I went through vrbo they gave me the exact accommodation I requested. We had an outstanding stay at One Particular Harbour 388-401! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how spotless and beautifully decorated the condo was. It was stylish, welcoming, and had everything we needed to feel right at home.The beds were incredibly comfortable, which made for a great night’s sleep after our days of exploring and relaxing. The condo was well-equipped, thoughtfully maintained, and exceeded our expectations in every way.The amenities were fantastic, especially for families with children. The pool, splash pad, and grilling area kept everyone entertained and made it easy to spend quality time together without ever leaving the property. However, the condo is only a minutes away from the beautiful beaches of Anna Maria Island!Overall, this was one of the best VRBO experiences we’ve had. We highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and family-friendly place to stay. We would absolutely love to return!

Nice, clean & enjoyable

Unit had everything we needed. Loved the little touches of having initial supplies of toilet paper, laundry soap, shampoos. Very nice items for the beach were available for use. Location was great to the beach and to the village. We will return.

Location, location, location

Loved this rental and its proximity to everything we wanted to do during our stay! Our older teens were able to walk to the beach and pier area alone within a few minutes and we felt very comfortable with the safety of the area. Plenty of amazing restaurants and bars close by. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed for our stay and was very clean and comfortable. The pool was also nice for the days we didn’t want to go to the beach. Overall, the check-in and out process was very seamless and we received great communication about our stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Penthouse in Paradise

We really liked the property - comfortable, clean and well appointed. Close to Grandma and Grandpa and the beach. Nice pool. We would stay again and would probably try to book every time we come down. Just want to make you aware of one thing - the tub drain was full of hair. We were not able to use that shower after the first day because the tub was unable to drain sufficiently. Also, the water pressure in both showers was not great.Otherwise we loved it! Thank you!!

Perfect Location

This is the second time my boyfriend and I have stayed at here. The first time we stayed in single bedroom unit in 2021. This time we were needing two bedrooms since his two sisters joined us. There is one designated parking spot for each unit. However, they are long spots so we were able to park a 6 seater golf cart behind our vehicle. They include everything you might need for your stay. They provided beach chairs, a cooler, two wagons and two beach umbrellas. One of the umbrellas were broken so we were not able to use it. I let them know on our last day. They were willing to replace it. We loved the pool. It was a little warm. I would suggest a cover of some sort to help keep it a little cooler. There is also a gas grill in the pool area. Everything is super clean and well organized. The location is my favorite part! It is right across the road from the beach and a few minutes walk to Bridge Street. This is the area where most of the night life is on Anna Maria Island. We had a wonderful stay and will be back again in the future.
