A Family Legacy Returns The owner grew up on Anna Maria Island, helping her mother run vacation rentals here since the 1980s—before the island became today's destination. After decades as a private family apartment, this unit has been lovingly restored and returned to welcoming guests, honoring the Sunbaker name established years ago. One of six family-owned units across three duplexes, all within two blocks—perfect for booking multiple properties for larger groups.

The kitchen is well-stocked with cookware, utensils, and everything needed for full meal preparation. *Final payments are due 60 days prior to arrival payable by personal check or Echeck (which will incur a $1.00 processing fee) we do take
credit cards for final payment with a 3% fee on the balance due.

Quiet, Cozy, and Just Steps from the Sand

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was spacious, clean, and exactly as shown in the photos. Having a private parking space right out front was a great bonus. The outdoor areas were beautiful—perfect for relaxing, grilling, and giving our boys space to play.The location was ideal—quiet and peaceful, yet just a short walk to the beach. Being only a few houses from Gulf Drive made getting around easy, and it was never overly congested, even during Spring Break. We were able to quickly get to all of our favorite spots, including Slim’s, Skinny’s, North Shore Café, The Donut Experiment, and Ginny & Jane E’s, as well as over to Cortez.The bed and pull-out sofa were both very comfortable.While my boys would have loved a pool, we spent every day on the gorgeous white sand beach and didn’t miss it much. Beach chairs and towels were provided, which we appreciated—though an umbrella or beach wagon would have been a nice touch.Shanna and Amy were wonderful to work with, and their texting platform made communication simple and seamless. I would definitely recommend this property to couples or small families looking for a relaxing, peaceful getaway.
