Cozy cottage on Anna Maria Island, 2 bedroom - pet friendly!

The cozy front porch of Gulf Winds B invites you to have your morning coffee or your evening cocktail and in the back yard you can enjoy your dinner and make use of the gas grill. A huge table umbrella provides you with shade if needed. The two bedroom two bath unit is located on a very quiet street. The Master bedroom has a king size bed and the guest bedroom has a queen. The home has been totally remodeled, everything is new from furniture to floors and appliances. There are TV's in the master bedroom and the living room, and of course there is free WiFi. Everything you need to enjoy your visit is provided: dishes, cookware, linens, towels, beach chairs and beach towels, etc.
Gulf Winds is a short walk away from the white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. Just take the short-cut through North Beach Village to get to the beach. The Holmes Beach Dog Park is another short walk down the street across Marina Drive. The bus stop of the free Island Trolley is close by as well as restaurants, shops and bars. Do not miss this GEM. For bigger parties you may also book Gulf Winds A.
Dogs up to 25lb are welcome. Pet fee is $200 per pet plus taxes, maximum of 2 pets unless otherwise approved by FDR.

Accommodates up to 4 people. Minimum Stay Required: 1 Week.

You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.

* Cancellation more than 90 days prior to arrival will receive a deposit refund less a $250 cancellation fee. Cancellation less than 90 days prior to arrival will forfeit all deposit received. Cancellation less than 60 days prior to arrival will forfeit all monies on account. Cancellations must be confirmed in writing.

This was a great little place to stay! We were out on the beach or at another family's place, so we didn't spend a lot of time inside, but when we did, the place was clean, had all of the dishes we needed, the bed was comfortable and there was a coffee machine for our morning coffee. We were in walking distance of the beach, stores and The Freckled Fin where we had a wonderful lunch! We would stay here again.

Perfect vacation spot in Anna Maria

We were very pleased with the property. Charming home with a front porch and backyard lanai. Comfortable beds. Well stocked kitchen and washer and dryer. Short walking distance from shops, restaurants and the beach. We would stay here again.

Great place! Perfect for my cousin and I. The porch added so much great living space. Only negative was the bad beach chair and hard mattress in the front bedroom. Would stay again. Great value and a close walk to restaurants and stores!!!

Quaint & immaculate beach cottage

Adorable beach cottage within walking distance to the Gulf. It was immaculate and had everything we needed. The outdoor area was great and has a screened in porch. The only area that could be improved upon are the mattresses and bedding.

Wish there had been recliner lounge chair out back but did enjoy screened in patio. House clean other than air conditioning filter having to be cleaned, which it was promptly. All in all a comfortable retreat.

Also the rental company is amazing to deal with. We arrived late on Friday to AC not working, a quick email and someone was there within 30 minutes and got it going in an hour! Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I stayed in Gulf Winds Unit B for 5 weeks in January and February. The rental was perfect for us. The first thing I noticed when entering was how clean and well maintained the property was. The Master BR is a nice size with doors leading to the lanai. What a lovely, secluded area to relax. Comfortable chairs and gas grill complete the area. The kitchen is compact but fully functional for cooking. The location is an easy 4-5 blocks from the beach. You are also close to the free island trolley that you can ride to each end of the island. The unit has a washer and dryer, beach cart and chairs. The front porch is also great for relaxing. It was such a pleasure working with the Prop Mngmt company, especially Misty. You will not be disappointed with this rental and location. Remember to walk to Duffy's bar for their bacon cheeseburger (cash only). Can't wait to return for another 5 weeks next year.

The kitchen and living area is quite small so having 4 people staying there for more than a few days would get a little tight. It is about a 10 minute walk to the beach. Our interactions with the people at Florida Dreams were excellent.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I left a message in the information book. I had called about the TV not getting local channels, she said she would call me back. Got a text that the maintenance person stopped by and I wasn't there and he tried to call and I didn't answer I didn't receive a call and if he did call he never left a message!! I fixed the master bedroom door that was loosen and put a level under kitchen table. Chairs for the beach are mostly rotted. Still love the location and will stay again. Thank you. Diane
