Welcome to The Elmwood Suite, a meticulously designed lower-level 3-bedroom retreat offering over 1,130 sq. ft. of living space. Unlike typical basement suites, this elegant home extends beneath the deck, giving you extra square footage, a spacious layout, and an open, comfortable feel.
The suite blends thoughtful design with modern comfort, featuring premium finishes, warm lighting, and a well-planned floorplan. With 3 bedrooms and 2 baths (2Q/2Twin), there’s ample room for families or groups.

This is a brand-new duplex, and you’ll be staying in the lower-level suite. Access to the suite is via a set of stairs, so please consider this if you have any mobility concerns. The upper-level suite is completely separate and has its own private, secure entrance.

Items to Note Before Booking:
- Please confirm you have read and agreed to all house rules prior to booking. It is the guest’s responsibility to review them.
- North Glenmore is one of Calgary’s most desirable inner-city neighborhoods, known for its vibrant community and strong demand for new homes. As the area continues to develop, there is currently construction taking place next door. We’ve thoughtfully priced this into our rates and taken steps to minimize any impact on your stay. However, if you believe this may affect your experience, we completely understand if you choose to book elsewhere.
- The unit does not include cable service. However, the Smart TV is available for your use - please log in with your own streaming subscriptions to enjoy your favorite shows and movies during your stay.
Pet Policy
- Two pets allowed per stay.
- A $45 per stay pet fee applies, which covers additional cleaning and pet hair removal.
- Pets must be fully house-trained and well-behaved.
- Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet indoors and outdoors.
- Any excessive damage or additional cleaning required may result in extra charges.
-Front yard use is not permitted for dog use to protect the grass. For extra space, a grassy area is available across the street.
