This is a nice suite that provides almost everything you need for a comfortable stay. The rooms and beds were clean and well-maintained. It’s a great low-budget option, and I would definitely recommend it to others.

Location was quiet neighborhood. Lack of dishes, glasses, mugs, cooking supplies - knife, platters etc. made the property less welcoming if you plan to use kitchen.

Following your stay, we have expanded and upgraded our kitchen inventory with lots of new dishes, glasses, mugs, platters, knives, cookware, and serving items. The kitchen is now stocked with enough supplies to comfortably serve up to 10 guests.

This is a great value option for traveler on a budget. The room and bed were tidy and comfortable, and the shared spaces were fully equipped with essentials like laundry, a kitchen, and a dining area. Check-in was straightforward and hassle-free. We had a great stay at this property! The host was very accommodating with everything we asked and inquired about. She went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable! She even left us a small care package on the first day! We also accidentally left something meaningful and sentimental behind by accident and she made sure to keep it aside so we could arrange someone to come pick it up! The home was very spacious and clean! Location was great! So many shop/stores nearby! I definitely recommend this property for families or smaller groups if you're looking for more space! 5/5 stars for this property!

The house was large enough for the four people in our group. Unfortunately, there were no hair dryers in either of the bathrooms (and I did not bring one because of the listing info). There were no hand towels or facecloths ( just one bath towel per guest). There were not enough dishes in the kitchen for the four of us to have a meal. The range hood was also very greasy.

Thank you for your kind feedback. Following your stay, we have bought two new hair dryers and upgraded our kitchen inventory. The kitchen is now stocked with enough supplies to comfortably serve up to 10 guests.And we added lots of new towels and hand towels as well.

Property is advertised as 4 bedroom but its only 3. The 4th bedroom is the family room that leads to the hallway of the back door. Sleeps 7 comfortably. The 4th bedroom had a bed that you couldn’t sleep on because the mattress would fall in - no box spring. There was only 4 of us so we didn’t need that bed. Drip coffee maker did not work and the icemaker in the fridge does not work.Had to ask for tea towels and dish cloth as there were none. Upstairs tv had no remote so couldn’t use it. Owner came and took the tv away but didn’t replace it. Overall the rental is in a quiet neighborhood and it worked for us. We didn’t use the garage as we felt it wouldn’t be convenient for us. The basement suite is also rented out as well as a separate bedroom down the back entrance hallway. If you have disability issues there is no main floor bathroom. We would stay again because it was quiet and comfortable.

The property was clean and centrally located for our activities. As a previous guest mentioned, there were insufficient kitchen items for the number of guests. The host added some more glasses, bowls, and coffee mugs, but it was still too sparsely appointed to eat more than easy breakfasts or takeout.Our biggest issue with our stay was that the property had been renovated after our booking, and we had not been informed by the host. The renovations separated the family room and the first-floor bedroom into another unit, making the property we checked into 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, sleeping 6 vs. the 4 bedroom, 2 bath, sleeping 9 that we booked. The laundry machines had been moved to the dining area. With some attention to detail and an updated listing, this could be a fine property.
