This spacious 3-bedroom apartment in Farleigh Lodge, Kings Beach, offers a comfortable stay in a well-kept older-style property. Enjoy a private balcony with refreshing sea breezes and ocean glimpses, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. Just 2 minutes to Kings Beach and Bulcock Street, you’ll have popular shops, cafés, and restaurants right at your doorstep. PROPERTY DETAILS
Our apartment is located in the Farleigh Lodge building. With Caloundra's main street just a few minutes away and a short drive to a variety of beaches, you couldn’t wish for a better location.
ACCESS
Access to the apartment is via the lockbox at the property. You will be sent the code to access the lockbox and your apartment & garage keys once your booking is confirmed.
PARKING
We do not have a garage included with this listing, but it is free street parking along Kings Street and there is always plenty of space. You will be able to pull your car down the driveway to unload your gear closer to the apartment entrance.
BEDROOMS
This spacious apartment has three bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: 1 x Queen Bed
Bedroom 2: 1 x Queen Bed
Bedroom 3: 2 x Single Beds
All bedrooms are bright and airy, with the northern winter sun streaming in. You’ll be struck by the space and stylish charm throughout. The main bedroom has aircon and the second and third bedroom both have ceiling fans.
AMENITIES
We aim to keep cleaning costs at a minimum, therefore, we provide a ""start-up"" supply of:
Tea, coffee, milk
3-in-1 body wash and hair
2 rolls of toilet paper (per toilet)
You’ll need to purchase your own after that. We do not supply sugar, laundry detergent, tissues, or paper towels. All linen is provided through our Premium Linen Service, including both pool towels and bath towels.
The kitchen is modern and well-equipped with:
Cook top
Oven
Fridge
Freezer
Microwave
Oven
Pots, pans, cutlery, and crockery
Coffee Plunger
We do not have an internal dining table, but there is a lovely balcony off the lounge room with ocean glimpses and cooling breezes that has seating for 6.

There is an authorisation hold taken for this property the day prior to your check in in the amount of $300, this is released after checkout.
As VRBO/Stayz does not verify your card details at the time of reservation, we require payment via a secure payment link, which will be sent to you shortly after you complete your booking via both email and text message. This measure has been implemented to prevent credit card fraud, an issue we have faced multiple times in the past six months. The card processing company charges a 1.9% card processing fee. This money is not charged by us and does not go to us and is non refundable in the event of a cancellation.
