A pool table, BBQ, and fire pit provide further opportunities to create amazing memories! This charming two-level home is a minute's walk from Quiet Corner, the safe and sheltered end of Adventure Bay Beach. Located well away from the road in the elevated spot at the top of the lovingly-tended block, the house has splendid uninterrupted views over Adventure Bay. Every aspect of the property, interior and exterior, has been meticulously cared-for, from the netted fruit trees, vegetable gardens and perfect lawns outside to the carefully-maintained and beautifully-presented dwelling itself. Downstairs there's a spacious open-plan carpeted living room, bedroom, bathroom/toilet, laundry and sink. Windows on this floor look out to the bay. Two flights of stairs (one inside, the other outside) give access to the upper level, which has a carpeted living/dining area, two more bedrooms and a bright, well-appointed kitchen. Full height glass doors provide brilliant views of Adventure Bay, opening to a wrap-around deck on all sides of the house. Both upper and lower levels have reverse-cycle air conditioners/heat pumps. All the appealing aspects of Adventure Bay are close by - the beach, the town's excellent IGA store, café, sports facilities and community hall are all within easy walking distance. Guests can use the full home. Your friendly host is available via your booking channel. This home is self check-in from 3pm unless otherwise arranged. No parties No soliciting No smoking No pets
