This spacious home offers breathtaking mountain and lake views, designed with versatility and comfort in mind. Featuring three bedrooms, the layout provides a sense of privacy - as if each room were part of its own exclusive wing.
Upon entering, you’ll find the first bedroom functioning almost like a self-contained studio. It includes its own private entrance as well as access from the main house, a convenient kitchenette for tea and coffee, an ensuite bathroom, and its own heat pump to keep things cosy year-round.
Further into the home, the master suite provides a generous retreat of its own. This spacious bedroom features a private ensuite and a walk-in wardrobe, creating a peaceful sanctuary to relax and unwind.
Continue through to the heart of the house and you’re greeted by a light-filled, open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area with seamless flow to the outdoors. The fully equipped kitchen includes island seating and an adjacent dining table, while the lounge offers comfortable seating perfect for relaxing after a day out - kept warm by either the fireplace or heat pump/air-conditioning. A second living area provides extra space for families or groups to spread out.
Outside, enjoy a dedicated BBQ area and outdoor seating - the perfect place to soak up the surrounding scenery.
All of this is located just a short walk or quick drive to the lakefront and the township, making it an ideal base for both relaxation and adventure.
OUR STRICT RULES:
No loud noise outside after 10:00 pm:
As we are situated in a residential area, we kindly request that you refrain from creating any disruptive noise after 10:00 pm. Our neighbours have been informed to notify us of any excessive noise disturbances. If you anticipate difficulty adhering to this rule, we kindly ask that you reconsider booking with us.
Minimum age requirement:
Guests must be 25 years or older to book this property. The primary guest must be staying for the duration of the reservation and may be asked to provide ID for verification.
No parties without prior approval:
Any gatherings or events require prior approval, and unauthorised parties will result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation with no refund. Please note there may be an additional fee for hosting extra guests if approved.
Checkout is at 10:00 am:
We kindly request that you check out by 10:00 am on the day of departure. If you require a late checkout, please submit your request at least 24 hours in advance. Late checkouts are subject to availability.
No smoking inside the property:
Smoking—including the use of any recreational drugs—is strictly prohibited inside the premises.
Leave the property in a reasonable state:
We expect the property to be left in a reasonable and tidy condition upon departure. Any additional cleaning required beyond standard procedures will be charged at $60 per hour. Please promptly report any damages, spills, or stains during your stay. If necessary, you may be held responsible for replacement or professional cleaning costs.
Board games:
We love that guests enjoy our games, but please ensure all games are returned to their original boxes before departure. As reassembling games is a time-consuming task, a $60 charge will apply if the cleaner needs to complete this.
BBQ cleaning:
The BBQ and utensils must be cleaned after each use by the guest. Failure to do so will result in a $100 cleaning charge.
