My family and I had a wonderful month-long stay at this condo. The location near the St Lawrence Market, the Distillery District, the trolley (1 block), and grocery stores - No Frills, 1.5 blocks, and 24 hour Rabba market, were very convenient. The building felt safe, elevators worked well and got us to the 17th floor quickly without ever having to wait long. The building itself was nice enough and the unit was quite functional and well stocked. The floor to ceiling views were good - nice condo building across the deck, and Lake Ontario in the distance to the south. Host Diego communicated timely through the VRBO AP. Room for Iimprovement: The AC vents made a pretty loud noise intermittently throughout our stay - not unbearable but annoying at times.. The host told us it was a building issue and could not be remedied. It would have been nice to know in advance. The other issue was that the “king bed” is in the second bedroom (indicated in the listing but not clear) is a pullout couch that was not comfortable. We bought and left a pillow-top mattress cover which made it much better. But the listing could have been more clear about the king bed being a pullout in the 2nd bedroom. The master bedroom with the en-suite had a comfortable queen bed and and the bathroom had a good shower/tub stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Overall, the location and unit provided a great base for out stay.
