The Nelson Mandala

The Nelson Mandala is a unique custom home, centrally located on the outskirts of Nelson B.C. It is a rural setting, surrounded by horse pastures and hobby farms. It is equally perfect for a large gathering or a romantic getaway for two. The space is cozy and well appointed.

The Property
The Nelson Mandala is a lovely, eclectic home with ample room to entertain. It features a full gourmet kitchen with a wood fired oven, only steps away from the kitchen on the expansive deck. The main mandala room features the kitchen, dining area, stone hearth fire place and the work station. The master bedroom and bathroom are on the same floor. The lower mandala room has 2 double beds along with a large living area complete with a sectional couch and TV. There are also 2 private rooms down the hall. One with a king sized bed and the other with a double. Both have TV's. There is also a music shed in the yard, complete with a queen sized murphy bed, TV, heat and A/C. It also has a seasonal outdoor bathroom and shower. (not available in winter). There is also a covered soft tub area with a deck, TV and DVD player to enjoy movies while relaxing in the tub. It seats 2 adults comfortably or 3-4 kids. A fire pit is located in the 4 foot fenced in back yard also. This property is in the sunny side of Blewett, providing ample sunlight for our numerous flower gardens located throughout the area.


Guest Access

The main floor of the Nelson Mandala is available for 2 guests. Accommodating extra guests will open access to the lower level and if needed, the music studio also. The soft tub area is accessible to all guests. The driveway and entrance is very flat, so a 4WD vehicle is not necessary.

Interactions With Guests

We live 2 min away and can be of service to your needs. You will have the whole house, deck and back yard to yourself. There is a shop on the other end of the property that will be periodically visited, but will have a very minimal impact on your privacy.
