We accept Visa and Mastercard only. A 25% deposit is payable at the time of booking confirmation, with the remaining 75% due 13 days prior to check-in. Please ensure sufficient funds are available, as fees may apply for declined transactions. A $500 security deposit hold will be placed on the credit card on the day of check-in. Access codes will only be released once the security hold has been successfully processed. Funds held for the security deposit will be released within 5–7 days after check-out, provided no issues arise during your stay or are reported by our cleaners post check-out.
Any stays longer than 14 days will require additional cleaning, with an extra clean charged at each 14-day interval throughout the booking - a payment request will be issued upon booking any stay over 14 days.
Main guest must be 21 years old or over. Guests will receive a link to our online check-in form once the booking is confirmed. This form must be completed by the main guest prior to arrival.
Please be advised that we strictly enforce a no-noise, no-party policy. Our home is located in a quiet neighbourhood with permanent residents nearby; therefore, we are unable to accommodate “hens/bucks” events or “schoolies” bookings. The property is best suited to families or friends seeking a peaceful getaway.
Linen and bath towels are provided for all guests, and beds will be made prior to your arrival for your convenience. Sofa bed will not be made up however linen provided if requested. Please remember to bring your own beach towels.
No pet beds or bowls are provided, guests are required to clean up after their pets otherwise additional fees will apply. Pets to be kept off furniture and carpeted areas.
All bookings are subject to the guest’s full compliance with the NSW Government Short-Term Rental Accommodation Code of Conduct for the duration of their stay.
