When you walk into this clean, spacious, and well-maintained condo you’ll be greeted by the open floor plan. This 1200 square foot, fully equipped condo is beautifully furnished and perfect for an any time/any season getaway. There is ample counter space to cook up a feast for 6 heading to the beach which is located just a couple of blocks away or the tennis courts downstairs. The kitchen is stocked with all the cookware and utensils you might need, so nothing to pack from home. The dining table is situated between the kitchen and living area allowing everyone to interact regardless of location with ample seaing for everyone.

The living area offers plenty of comfortable seating options to enjoy the large flat screen TV or the Harbor view. Enclosed balcony overlooks the lovely Dolphin Point complex and the harbor. Incredible fish and fowl are your neighbors at Dolphin Point! The enclosed balcony is the perfect place to sit to enjoy your morning coffee regardless of the weather.

The guest bedroom has two Double beds and a large flat screen TV. The guest bathroom features a combination tub/shower.

The master bedroom is a spacious retreat with a Tempur-pedic King-sized bed and large flat screen TV. The granite master bathroom features a large walk-in shower.

Large HDTVs are located throughout the condo as well as cable and wireless internet.

Outdoor grills are available to guests on the harbor side. Dolphin point is conveniently located, with groceries stores, local restaurants, and a seasonal water park all located just a short drive away. The complex now permits Destin Water Taxi to pick up, which makes for a fun and reasonable boat ride. The pickup points are 1) at the Club House 2) at the dock which is located between B and C Veranda areas or the area behind the pool.

Dolphin Point is a great family friendly complex. It offers a complex pool(seasonally heated), pickleball courts, tennis courts, coin laundry located by the elevator, and about a two block walk to the most amazing beach. Beach cart, toys and chairs are provided inside the condo for you to use during your stay, please return them before you depart.
