Access to the Apartment:
The apartment is accessed via a lockbox. You will receive a code to open the lockbox, which contains the keys to the building and your apartment. These details will be sent to you after booking.
Parking:
There is garage parking for 1 vehicle, and ample street parking available around the building.

Bedroom 2: 2 x Single Beds
The bedrooms are bright and airy with the winter northern sun streaming in. Both bedrooms feature overhead fans for added comfort.
Air-Conditioning:
The master bedroom is fitted with A/C. All other areas of the apartment are equipped with ceiling fans.
Kitchen & Dining:
The kitchen is well-equipped with a cooktop, fridge, microwave, oven, pots, pans, cutlery, and crockery—perfect for cooking up a feast.
The dining table seats five and there are 3 additional seats on the balcony.
Lounge Area:
TV Lounge: Comfortable seating for up to 5 guests. There is a smart TV for you to access all your favourite streaming services. Please be aware that there will only be FTA TV until January 6th, which is when we will have internet installed.

You will need to purchase your own after these initial supplies are used. We do not supply sugar, laundry detergent, tissues, or paper towels. Premium linen service is provided for all beds and towels.

As is now the norm at hotels, motels and other accommodation providers, that due to the occurrence of credit card theft and identity fraud, all guests have to provide photo ID (drivers license / passport / identity card) that matches the credit card used for the booking and the name of the guest making the booking. You will be asked to provide one example of this photo ID, to verify your booking. Unfortunately we cannot accept bookings from guests that do not provide this photo ID.
There is an authorisation hold taken for this property the day prior to your check in in the amount of $250, this is released after checkout.
As VRBO/Stayz does not verify your card details at the time of reservation, we require payment via a secure payment link, which will be sent to you shortly after you complete your booking via both email and text message. This measure has been implemented to prevent credit card fraud, an issue we have faced multiple times in the past six months. The card processing company charges a 1.9% card processing fee. This money is not charged by us and does not go to us and is non refundable in the event of a cancellation.
