The space
Shelcrest is a multi-level home arranged to give you both shared space and genuine privacy.

Living Room
Enjoy relaxed, comfortable living areas with an executive finish and expansive outlooks. The home is designed to feel composed and effortless, whether you’re unwinding after a day out or settling in for a longer stay.

Through the French doors is the balcony with intimate seating for two and a view North, across the city.

The living room has two large three-seat couches and a TV mounted on a swivel arm, allowing it to be viewed from either sofa. The TV is a smart TV for streaming, and it is also connected to SKY. The living area also has an extensive library and views to the North and West, across the city and to the tips of the Kauhurangi Mountains.

Dining Room
The dining room features a glass-topped table that seats up to eight. The gas fire is also in the dining room. The views from the dining room are North and East.

The Foyer
Between the dining and kitchen is a foyer area that opens out onto the elevated East deck. This area accommodates six and features a motorised awning for shade on hot days.

Queen bed, access to the top balcony, with a full bathroom located across the hall.
Views North and West.

Bedroom 3 (main level):
Queen bed near the kitchen, dining and living spaces, with windows looking East toward the Terrace. The half bath is conveniently located just outside the room.

Bedroom 4 (ground floor):
Queen bed with a private ensuite featuring a walk-in shower; internal access via stairs, and its own exterior access.
