There is a building in the back with two separate studios that are rented individually.

The Neighborhood:

This property sits in Old West Austin/Clarksville, a neighborhood known for historic charm and local flavor. Hungry? Stroll to Josephine House for brunch, Jeffrey’s for upscale dinners, or Cipollina for Italian comfort food. For a slice of nostalgia, pop into Nau’s Enfield Drug, a neighborhood pharmacy with a classic soda fountain. Groceries are easy with Fresh Plus Market around the corner, and the Whole Foods flagship—a true Austin icon—less than 5 minutes away. You’ll also find coffee shops, taco joints, and juice bars tucked along West Lynn and West 6th, making dining and shopping a breeze.

Other Things to Note:

- Stairs: Guests will need to climb some stairs.

- Essentials Provided: We stock the home with starter supplies (soap, shampoo, conditioner, body gel, toilet paper, and a few garbage bags). These items are not replenished during your stay.

- Cleaning: Daily housekeeping is not included. Mid-stay cleanings can be arranged for an additional fee with advance notice.

- Rental Agreement: A signed Rental Agreement is required upon booking confirmation.

- Age Requirement: Primary renter must be at least 21 years old to book.

- Smoking & Substances: Smoking (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) and recreational drug use are not permitted indoors. A $300 penalty will apply for violations.

- Noise & Events: No parties, events, or illegal activities. Please keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM and respect our neighbors.

- Guest Count: Only registered guests included in your reservation are allowed on the property.

- Damages: Renters are responsible for any damages or extra cleaning costs incurred during their stay.



Interaction with Guests:

It’s self-check-in using a code. The access code will be provided to you before your arrival. You’ll have complete privacy during your stay, but we’re available 7 days a week by text message. Should you need anything, just send us a text message!
